In unserer zweier-WG wird ein Zimmer frei und daher suche ich ab März/April eine neue Mitbewoherin. Das Zimmer ist 21qm groß, kriegt tagsüber Sonne und schaut auf eine ruhige Nebenstraße in der wunderschönen Au. Die Wohnung ist perfekt, da sie groß genug ist mit extra Arbeits-/Gästezimmer und einer großen Küche, in der man essen und zusammen chillen kann. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen kleinen Balkon auf den Innenhof, auf den Morgens die Sonne scheint und im Sommer perfekt für Sonnen-Frühstück ist.
Die Küche ist mein Lieblingsort, entweder zum Runterkommen nach einem langen Tag oder um mit Freunden zu kochen.
There's a room available in our clean and big flat. Your room gets sunlight in the afternoon and is in a relaxed street without much noise. The flat comes with a small balcony looking at the 'Innenhof' where you can enjoy your morning coffee, which makes it a great place in summer. Toilet and bathroom are separate. There's a third room which is used as a guest room and study (the picture is from the previous tenant).
The kitchen is the best part (for me) - it's spacious and fits enough people for dance or dinner parties. Don't get fooled by the coffee machine. It's not there anymore 😅
Was ich persönlich wirklich am tollsten finde, ist die Nähe zur Isar: 10 Minuten laufen und du bist dort. Kolumbusplatz (U1 + U2) ist 4Minuten laufen.
4min to Kolumbusplatz. 10 mi walk to the Isar. It doesn't get any better than that.
I'm Marlena and looking for a chilled roomie. I´m 34, working in Marketing in the Food & Bev industry and into sports, cooking, & travelling. I´ve lived all over the world but grew up in Germany and Munich has been my home for the past 2.5 years. My three main hobbies are playing Australian Football, learning French and I recently picked up Salsa again.
I enjoy having people over for dinner every now and then, so definitely looking for someone who either would love to join the fun or doesn't mind ppl being over. My friends are always your friends.
What's important to me is that we get along and keep the flat clean in order to create a cozy home together. If you're veggie/vegan, that's a plus (to not see meat everyday).
In the past, I´ve become good friends with most of my roomies. Generally the vibe shold be good and we should be able to get along and share stuff from our daily life. What´s better than that? :)
