ich biete ein möbliertes WG-Zimmer in meiner 3-Zimmer-Wohnung für den Februar zur Untermiete an. Im Zimmer sind ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl sowie eine Kleiderstange. Durch meine Arbeit und Hobbies bin ich viel unterwegs, aber am Wochenende auch mal für eine gemeinsame Aktion zu haben.

Die Wohnung befindet sich am ruhig gelegenen Böhmerwaldplatz und ca. 1 Minute Fußweg vom gleichnamigen U-Bahnhof entfernt. Von dort aus braucht die U-Bahn 5 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum zum Odeonsplatz und 8 Minuten an den Hauptbahnhof. Ein Edeka ist ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
