The renovated apartment is on the 6th floor at Guardinistr. 139. There are four bedrooms (4 men), a common room, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. Your room and the apartment are fully furnished.
The rent (865€) includes ALL additional costs: heating and electricity, Wi-Fi, and the broadcasting fee (GEZ).
The minimum rental period is six months!
There's a 3 month noticeperiod, the contract is open end.

Die U6 erreicht man innerhalb von weniger als 5 min bei der U-Bahn-Station Haderner Stern zu Fuß.
Es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum, das zu Fuß ca. 8 min entfernt ist. Hier gibt es einen EDEKA, Penny sowie zwei Bäcker, Metzgerei. Des Weiteren ist dort ein DHL Shop.
Ca. 10 min entfernt gibt es auch einen ALDI Süd.
Es gibt zwei Apotheken sowie mehrere Ärzte in direkter Nähe (max. 8 min zu Fuß).

You can reach the U6 subway station Haderner Stern on foot in less than 5 minutes.
There is a shopping center about an 8-minute walk away. Here, you will find an EDEKA, Penny, two bakeries, and a butcher. There is also a DHL shop.
About a 10-minute walk away, there is also an ALDI Süd.
There are two pharmacies and several doctors in close proximity (max. 8 minutes on foot).

Es handelt sich um eine internationale WG. Ein Teil der Mitbewohner ist berufstätig, andere sind gerade im Masterstudium.
Wir verbringen gerne gemeinsame Abende im Wohnzimmer oder auf dem Balkon bei einem kühlen Getränk und würden uns über eine neue Mitbewohner sehr freuen.
