Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, alles was man braucht in der Nähe.
Auch Lebensmittelläden (ALDI, Penny, Lidl, Edeka..) sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ansonsten gibt es alle weiteren Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfes in Fußreichweite. U-Bahn, Tram und Bus in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar
Olympiapark, Massmannpark etc alles in der Nähe.
The location is fantastically beautiful, everything you need is close by.
Grocery stores (ALDI, Penny, Lidl, Edeka...) can also be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Otherwise, all other shops for daily needs are within walking distance. Subway, tram and bus reachable in 3 minutes on foot

Ruhige WG , man kann auch mal zusammen sitzen, ein harmonisches Zusammenleben wird angestrebt ;-)
Eine Putzfrau (nicht inkl ) kommt aktuell 1x im Monat vorbei , jedoch sollte man trotzdem seinen fabrizierten Schmutz beseitigen ;-).
Gerne zeigen ich alles in der Umgebung und gebe auch gerne Tipps bei Bedarf.
Da ich sehr sportlich bin (ich versuchs zumindest). kann man sich gerne anschließen, für neues bin ich auch immer zu haben.
