Das Zimmer im ersten Stock des Studentenwohnheims Lothstr.62.
Es hat 12qm, weiße Wände und wird möbliert vermietet. Es hat sogar ein eigenen Waschbecken mit Spiegel. Ein großes Fenster mit Ausblick auf den Vorgarten.
Die Lage sehr zentral. 50m zu Fuß entfernt liegt die Trambahn Station "Hochschule München". Dort fahren bis tief in die Nacht regelmäßig Trambahnen von Hauptbahnhof (etwa 5min).
Es fährt direkt vor dem Studentenwohnheim auch ein Bus 153 zur Universität /Englischer Garten.
Wenn man will kann man sich außerhalb des Zimmers auch die Studenten des Wohnheim kennenlernen. Sie sind alle sehr offen und sprechen fast alle gut deutsch. Das Leben im Studentenwohnheim ist sehr vielfältig. Man teilt sich eine große Küche und kommt so gut ins Gespräch.
Man ist aber auch sehr unabhängig und ist zu nichts verpflichtet.
