Hey Hey!
I am going for a small trip and would like to rent my room for that time: from 25th September until 29th Oktober 2023. Total would be 500 euro, all included. I won't be able to offer you an extension.
The room is medium size, has carpeted floor. I will prepare a huge part of the wardrobe for you (and other spaces if you need) so you will have enough space for your belongings for this time.
If the painting lineup on the walls is not your jam, (there are more paintings now than in the photo) I have no problem taking it away, same goes with my table / monitor / books. If you can take care of my plants I would appreciate it; if you can't, I will also remove them from the room.
The house - is an old house, nestled in the green (which means you won't roast like a marshmallow even if it hits 30+). Very close to the U-bahn station and the channel. We have 1 shared bathroom, a big kitchen with a living room. There are plenty of shops around it and it's 2 stations away from the main station.
I live alongside three awesome people (3 roommates), who I truly like and appreciate in a nice house, located in beautiful Nymphenburg. So, it's not just about you snagging a room, it's about us adding another groovy human to our squad, even for a short time. In the past people who even briefly stayed with us became our friends, so this would be the best scenario for this time too=).
Who is the human I am after?
Your gender, race, or who you choose to share Eskimo kisses with - whatever makes you you, I am fine with all. But let me lay it on the line, I see carelessness, messiness and wastefulness – as disrespectful and impolite treatment of yourself and others, so if you are the kind of person, it wont work. Let's level up on honesty right from the start not to create bad experiences, because life is too short for this :)
