Rent a furnished room of my apartment in the specified period. In the room there is a bed (120x200 cm) with pocket spring mattress , of course incl. Bed linen and towels.
A small cabinet is also available to you. The big closet will be locked.
Desk available. Washing machine as well.

Vermiete im angegeben Zeitraum ein möbliertes Zimmer meiner Wohnung. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett (120x200 cm) mit Taschenfederkernmatratze , natürlich inkl. Bettbezüge und Handtüchern.
Ebenso steht dir ein kleiner Schrank zur Verfügung. Der große Schrank wird abgesperrt sein.
Schreibtisch vorhanden. Waschmaschine ebenso.
Gut ausgestattete saubere Küche! :-)

I am Sami (29) and live here with my little Pudelmix Rüden Alwi in the apartment. I work part time at home office. It would, of course, be nice to have a beer or wine sounded out in the kitchen from time to time - but if that doesn't happen, it's also fine for me. I'm uncomplicated and open.
Alwi doesn't lose hair due to the race, but if it rings at the door or you come home. This makes him very present in the apartment - so you should get clear:-)
Ich bin Sami (29) und lebe hier mit meinem kleinen Pudelmix Rüden Alwi in der Wohnung. Ich arbeite Teilzeit im Homeoffice. Es wäre natürlich schön, ab und an den Abend gemeinsam bei einem Bier oder Wein in der Küche ausklingen zu lassen - aber wenn sich das nicht ergibt, ist es auch fein für mich. Ich bin da unkompliziert und offen.
Alwi verliert rassebedingt keine Haare, bellt aber wenn es an der Tür klingelt oder du heim kommst. Dadurch ist er sehr präsent in der Wohnung - damit solltest du klar kommen :-)
