Hello together,
we are Phillip and Luisa and live together our beautiful 2.5 room apartment now for a little more than a year.
Since Luisa is doing a semester abroad in Ireland in September 2025, we are looking for a roommate for Phillip for the period beginning of September 2025 until the end of December 2025. 🕺🏼
Your room, which is actually our living room, contains approx. 25m2 and a spacious balcony.
In the room is the couch, armchair, coffee table, TV and dining table incl. Chairs are definitely cleared. If there is interest, we can leave the Kallax shelf and the balcony furniture for a deposit. The rest is then completely left to you :)
In the apartment you will find a spacious kitchen (the thermomix comes out), which includes a fridge, freezer, oven, stove and dishwasher. The apartment has separate rooms for shower/bath tub (with sink) and toilet (with sink). 🚿 A washing machine is also located in the apartment, in the toilet room.
Between the kitchen and your room is a through-room where Phillips Gaming Equipment is currently placed. There the dining table will come in, so that you can eat there completely relaxed (together). 🍝
No parties are celebrated in the apartment! But it doesn't matter if you invite your partner or friends. 👯
The rent is a total of 600€ all in. It also contains electricity, gas, water and water.
If you're between 18-28 years old, maybe just start your first semester at the university/FH and want to have some cosiness and security first, so that you can go to further apartment search on site, you're right with us!🤝🏼

Hallo zusammen,
wir sind Phillip und Luisa und bewohnen zusammen unsere schöne 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung jetzt seit etwas mehr als einem Jahr.
Da Luisa im September 2025 ein Auslandssemester in Irland macht, suchen wir für den Zeitraum Anfang September 2025 bis Ende Dezember 2025 eine/n Mitbewohner/in zur Untermiete für Phillip. 🕺🏼
Dein Zimmer, was eigentlich unser Wohnzimmer ist, enthält ca. 25m2 und einen geräumigen Balkon.
Im Zimmer wird die Couch, der Sessel, der Couchtisch, der Fernseher und der Esstisch inkl. Stühle auf jeden Fall ausgeräumt. Wenn Interesse besteht, können wir das Kallax Regal und die Balkonmöbel gerne gegen eine Kaution stehen lassen. Der Rest ist dann komplett dir überlassen :)
In der Wohnung wirst du eine geräumige Küche finden (der Thermomix kommt raus), in der ein Kühlschrank, ein Gefrierschrank, ein Backofen, ein Herd und eine Spülmaschine enthalten sind. Die Wohnung besitzt getrennte Räume für Dusche/Badewanne (mit Waschbecken) und Toilette (mit Waschbecken). 🚿Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich ebenfalls in der Wohnung, im Toilettenraum.
Zwischen Küche und deinem Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, wo aktuell Phillips Gaming Equipment platziert ist. Dort wird dann der Esstisch reinkommen, damit man dort ganz entspannt (zusammen) essen kann. 🍝
In der Wohnung werden keine Partys gefeiert! Aber es spricht natürlich nichts dagegen, wenn du deine/n Partner/in oder Freunde einlädst.👯
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 600€ all in. Darin enthalten sind auch Strom, Gas, Wasser und WLan.
Falls du zwischen 18-28 Jahre bist, vielleicht gerade dein erstes Semester an der Uni/FH anfängst und erstmal etwas Gemütliches und Sicheres haben willst, damit du dich auf weitere Wohnungssuche vor Ort begeben kannst, bist du bei uns genau richtig!🤝🏼
