Our apartment is located on the first floor and is quite quiet despite the ghost road right below. In the Rewe on Hammer Strasse you are virtually direct when you fall out of the front door (with opening hours until 24 a.m. a true life savior) and also an Asian supermarket as well as a net is only a stone's throw away for asparagus. For a break in the green, not far from the South Park and Sentmaringer Park, there are some nice bars and restaurants right on Hammer Straße. Two times a week, 200 meters from our house also takes place the host market where you can find fresh food, or you can go to the organic market or the zig bakeries all around.

By bike you can reach Aasee in five minutes or in the city centre, even the train station is hardly any more. If you have ‘nen records, you will also be at the next bus stop in 2 minutes;)

An der Lage ist nix zu missen!

Unsere Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist trotz der Geiststraße direkt darunter recht ruhig. Im Rewe an der Hammer Straße ist man quasi direkt, wenn man aus der Haustür fällt (mit Öffnungszeiten bis 24 Uhr ein wahrer Lebensretter) und auch ein asiatischer Supermarkt sowie ein Netto ist für Sparfüchse nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Für eine Pause im Grünen sorgen unweit der Südpark und Sentmaringer Park, ein paar nette Bars und Restaurants gibt‘s direkt auf der Hammer Straße. Zweimal pro Woche findet 200 Meter von unserem Haus auch der Geisstmarkt statt, auf dem man frische Lebensmittel findet, oder man geht zum Biomarkt oder den zig Bäckereien rundherum.

Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in fünf Minuten an Aasee oder in der Innenstadt, auch der Bahnhof ist kaum mehr entfernt. Wenn du ‘nen Platten hast, bist du auch in 2 Minuten an der nächsten Bushaltestelle ;)

The WG-Dream team consists of Gaby, Miri and Jasmine.

- Gabi (27) has been at the start for a good year and thus proud WG elders. In addition to her social work-studium and honorary doctorate in Spongebobzitaten, you often catch her in her room-plant jungle as she flips furniture, pimps clothes, makes music or exudes herself in the kitchen - mostly creative! In Gabi you will always find a competitor to laugh a lot, spontaneously start karaoke or head the one or other Primitivo at deep talk.

On Gabis's side, there's Haku (5), her superloving female. Haku is the most chilled four-legged woman in the world; if she doesn't sneak through the South Park with her human being, or she's on her plush tigger, she's most likely on her main square (the sofa) and watching you hang up - and if you're lucky, you can crow her belly after:)

Miri (25) also studies social work and with her handcrafted escapades ensures constant upgrades in the apartment - whether shelving floor or beautiful pictures, no wall is safe to be improved! Otherwise Miri also likes to come back with the one or the other treasure from the muzzle, is a true musical cyclopaedia, virtuoso at the Bialetti and disc jockey at our kitchen radio. You can always come to Miri for a reassuring word and a warm feeling.

Jasmin (24) has finally finished her PoWi-Bachelor before he has finished her, and now a bit of legal science. If she leaves the swamp from Jura justuses and boots, you can drink a mate with her in the barrack or in the Spooky’s a light (plus point if double head!). Otherwise, she swings sometimes the dance leg, the brush/hekel needle or even a cooking spoon to clean up a midnight snack or a lot of peanut sauce without a god.

Even if our daily routines are sometimes very different, we always find ourselves naturally together and share everyday life, problems, coffee pots and beautiful moments:) a sincere, familiar coexistence has emerged quickly and is no longer to think away. It would be important to us three that you also want to participate actively - whether for a movie, walk in the south park or even a quick tip or cup of tea on the balcony (our fog machine:D). Even if the doors are best open to us, it's also completely okay to move into the room like all the others, that's part of being at home too:)

Das WG-Dreamteam besteht aus Gaby, Miri und Jasmin.

- Gabi (27) ist seit einem guten Jahr am Start und damit stolze WG-Älteste. Neben ihrem Soziale Arbeit-Studium und Ehrendoktor in Spongebobzitaten erwischst du sie ganz oft in ihrem Zimmerpflanzendschungel, wie sie Möbel flippt, Klamotten pimpt, Musik macht oder sich in der Küche austobt - hauptsache kreativ! In Gabi wirst du immer eine Mitstreitern finden, viel zu lachen, spontan Karaoke zu starten oder bei deep talk den ein oder anderen Primitivo zu köpfen.

An Gabis Seite gibt‘s Haku (5), ihre superliebe Hündin. Haku ist die gechillteste Vierbeinerin der Welt; wenn sie nicht mit ihrem Menschen durch den Südpark tollt oder genüsslich auf ihrem Plüschtigger herumkaut, liegt sie am allerliebsten auf ihrem Stammplatz (dem Sofa) und schaut dir beim Wäscheaufhängen zu - und wenn du Glück hast, darfst du im Anschluss ihren Bauch kraulen :)

Miri (25) studiert auch Soziale Arbeit und sorgt mit ihren handwerklichen Eskapaden für ständige Upgrades in der Wohnung - egal ob Regalboden oder schöne Bildchen, keine Wand ist sicher, verbessert zu werden! Ansonsten kommt Miri auch gern mit dem ein oder anderen Schatz vom Sperrmüll zurück, ist eine wahre Musikenzyklopädie, Virtuosin an der Bialetti und Disc Jockey an unserem Küchenradio. Zu Miri kannst du immer für ein aufmunterndes Wort und ein warmes Gefühl kommen.

Jasmin (24) hat letztens ihren PoWi-Bachelor zu Ende gebracht bevor er sie zu Ende gebracht hat und fuchst sich jetzt ein bisschen bei Rechtswissenschaft ein. Wenn sie dann mal dem Sumpf aus Jura-Justusen und Bootsschuhen verlässt, kann man gern mit ihr in der Baracke eine Mate oder im Spooky’s ein Helles trinken (Pluspunkt wenn Doppelkopf!). Ansonsten schwingt sie ab und an mal das Tanzbein, den Pinsel/Häkelnadel oder auch nen Kochlöffel, um sich einen Mitternachtssnack oder gottlos viel Erdnusssauce reinzuorgeln.

Auch, wenn unsere Tagesabläufe mitunter sehr unterschiedlich sind, finden wir doch immer wieder natürlich zusammen und teilen Alltag, Probleme, Kaffeekannen und schöne Momente :) ein aufrichtiges, vertrautes Miteinander ist dabei schnell entstanden und jetzt nicht mehr wegzudenken. Es wäre uns dreien wichtig, dass du daran auch aktiv teilnehmen möchtest - sei es für ein Filmchen, Spaziergang im Südpark oder auch mal eine schnelle Kippe oder Tasse Tee aufm Balkon (unsere Nebelmaschine :D). Auch, wenn die Türen bei uns am liebsten offen sind, ist es auch komplett okay, sich auch mal wie alle anderen ins Zimmer zu verdrücken, das gehört ja zum Zuhause sein auch dazu :)

The landlord demands a parent guarantee if you're Studi or the last 3 salary certificates if you're on your own feet. The rent we have indicated is the expected as we recently got a rental increase.

Even if no one has a cleaning mold here and everyone likes to cook (sometimes) wild or with the one or the other fun drink to the night, a basically clean butt belongs to it for the good-being factor. We have a cleaning plan in the principle of rotation - but let's get the garbage out when it's full, get rid of your own mess, or clean up the cum, but you shouldn't be a foreign word.

Since the concept has proven itself, we are also looking for a FLINTA* person.

In dieser WG ist kein Platz für Diskriminierung irgendeiner Art.

Der Vermieter verlangt eine Elternbürgschaft, wenn du Studi bist oder die letzten 3 Gehaltsnachweise, wenn du schon auf eigenen Füßen stehst. Die Miete, die wir angegeben haben, ist die voraussichtliche, da wir vor kurzem eine Mieterhöhung bekommen haben.

Auch, wenn hier niemand einen Putzfimmel hat und alle gern (mal) wild kochen oder mit dem ein oder anderen Spaßgetränk bis in die Nacht versacken, gehört eine grundsätzlich saubere Butze zum Wohlfühlfaktor dazu. Einen Putzplan haben wir zwar im Rotationsprinzip - aber mal den Müll rauszubringen, wenn er voll ist, das eigene Chaos beseitigen oder die Spüma auszuräumen sollte dir aber trotzdem kein Fremdwort sein.

Da sich das Konzept bewährt hat, suchen wir außerdem vorzugsweise eine FLINTA*-Person.
