Das ca.22qm Zimmer ist hell und teilmöbliert. Es liegt im 1. OG der 106qm großen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist hell und offen, es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche (mit Spülmaschine!). Natürlich noch ein Bad (mit Dusche und Badewanne) und ein Gäste WC. Der Keller kann mitbenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Bus kommt man schnell (ca. 10 Min) zum nächsten Bahnhof in Nieder-Wöllstadt - von dort S-Bahn Anschluss Richtung Frankfurt oder Friedberg ca. alle 30 Minuten.
Einkaufsläden sind in den Nachbargemeinden.
An sich ist man schnell in Frankfurt und auch Hanau.
Bisher wohne nur ich in dieser WG - eine 21 jährige Lehramtsstudentin. Ich koche und backe sehr gerne, gehe zum Sport und nutze Netflix intensiv. Falls du Bücher bedrohlich findest, ist das schlecht - denn ich lese viel und häufig. Außerdem spiele ich Querflöte, daher muss ich natürlich ab und an üben.
Ich bin definitiv kein Frühaufsteher, bleibe lieber lange wach und brauche morgens dringend Kaffee.
Du solltest weiblich, Studentin und 18-25 Jahre alt sein, falls du hier einziehen möchtest. Du solltest eine offene Weltanschauung haben. Da ich mich gern und viel unterhalte, wäre es super, wenn du auch zu der kommunikativen Sorte Mensch zählst!
