Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern + Küche und Bad.
Dein Zimmer fällt mit seinen 11m2 nicht so groß aus.
Dennoch passt ganz locker ein Bett mit 1,4m Breite, ein Schrank, Regal, Kommode und ein Sessel rein ohne, dass es zu klein oder gar vollgestellt wirkt.
Selbst ein kleiner Schreibtisch würde noch Platz finden.
Als Ausgleich gibt es das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer welches so wie auch dein Zimmer mit schwarzen Eichenparkett, einem Beamer und einer großen Couch für viele Leute ausgestattet ist.
Dort angeschlossen ist auch ein Balkon.
In der hier angegebenen Kaltmiete sind bereits alle anfallenden Nebenkosten enthalten.
Sonst kommt nichts hinzu.
Mit der Wohnung selbst bin ich noch nicht ganz zufrieden.
Da ich jedoch Tischler bin baue ich mir nach und nach alle Möbel selbst.
So auch zuletzt die Küche.
Diese bekommt noch einen Backofen und wäre dann fertig.
Danach geht es an die nächsten Möbel.
