Großes WG Zimmer in 2er WG am Rubbenbruchsee

Ungefähr 10min, wenn man gemütlich geht, entfernt liegt die Bushaltestelle Quebecallee. Von dort aus kommt man mit der M2 ins Zentrum von Osnabrück, an den Hauptbahnhof und an alle anderen wichtigen Orte wie die Universität (man braucht ca. 10 min). Außerdem ist der IKEA mit der 21 in einer Viertel Stunde zu erreichen.
Direkt bei der Bushaltestelle liegt auch ein großer REWE mit Bäckerei. Dort findet man alles, was man zum Leben so braucht.
Ein großes Highlight in der Nähe ist der Rubbenbruchsee. Fußläufig zu errreichen in 10 min ein guter Ort für einen entspannten Spaziergang im Naturschutzgebiet, eine kleine Tretbootfahrt oder einen kleinen Snack im Restaurant am Rubbenbruchsee.

The Quebecallee bus stop is about 10 minutes away if you walk comfortably. From there you can take the M2 to the center of Osnabrück, the main train station and all other important places like the university (you're there in around 10 min). IKEA can also be reached in a quarter of an hour on the 21.
There is also a large REWE supermarket with a bakery right next to the bus stop. You can find everything you need there.
A major highlight nearby is the Rubbenbruchsee lake. It is just a 10-minute walk away and is a great place for a relaxing walk in the nature reserve, a short pedal boat trip or a snack in the restaurant at Rubbenbruchsee

Du wirst zusammen mit Aparna wohnen. Sie kommt aus Indien und macht gerade ihren Doktor in Chemie.
Ansonsten ist im Erdgeschoss eine weitere WG, bestehend aus 3 Personen, die alle eine Ausbildung machen oder schon arbeiten, mit denen du dir Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller teilst. Dies hat immer ohne Probleme funktioniert. Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung ein großer Garten, der von allen mitbenutzt werden kann. Besonders im Sommer ein guter Ort für einen entspannten Abend mit Freunden oder um sich im Anbau von Obst und Gemüse auszuprobieren. Im Garten findet man auch den Schuppen, in dem Fahrräder gelagert werden können.

You will be living with Aparna. She comes from India and is currently doing her doctorate in chemistry.
There is also another shared flat on the first floor, consisting of 3 people who are all doing an apprenticeship or are already working, with whom you will share the washing machine and dryer in the basement. This has always worked without any problems. The apartment also has a large garden that can be used by everyone. Especially in summer, it's a great place for a relaxing evening with friends or to try your hand at growing fruit and vegetables. There is also a shed in the garden where bicycles can be stored.

Da deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin aus Indien kommt, wäre es super, wenn du Englisch, oder sogar Hindi sprechen könntest.
Außerdem möchte der Vermieter eine Kaution von 1000€ haben, die du aber zurückbekommst, wenn du ausziehst. Bei mir hat die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern immer gut funktioniert und wenn es mal ein Problem gab wurde sich schnell drum gekümmert.
Bei Bedarf kann das Zimmer auch möbiliert werden.
