Hallo, ich heiße Agnes, bin 20 Jahre alt und suche nette Leute für eine WG-Neugründung im Haus von meinen Eltern.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten OG und besteht aus zwei ca. 12qm-Zimmer (eins davon wird von mir bewohnt), einem ca. 20qm- und einem ca. 30qm-Zimmer, plus Bad und Küche. Die Raumaufteilung steht noch offen.
>Alle Nebenkosten (Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Abfallgebühren) sind in der Miete enthalten.
>Bad- und Küchenmitbenutzung
>Nach 3 Monaten "Probezeit" kann der Mietvertrag verlängert werden.

Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Bahnhof Peiting Nord, es gibt auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - ca. 10 min zu Fuß - REWE... Ins Zentrum von Peiting braucht man ca. 15 min zu Fuß.
Studenten sind willkommen, genauso aber auch Berufstätige. Gerne auch Paare oder Freunde. Das Ziel ist ein harmonisches Zusammenleben.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Gaststätte und Pizzeria, wo man ggf. gerne aushelfen könnte, um sich etwas dazu verdienen.
