OG rechts wurde vor vier Jahren von Grund auf saniert – neuer Grundriss, modernes Bad mit Dusche, Bad und Flur gefliest, neue Türen. Zimmer 1 und 2 mit dunklem Laminat, Zimmer 3 mit hochwertigen Holzfliesen ausgestattet, sonst alles sehr hell. Es ist eine WG mit zwei großen Zimmern a 16 qm (davon eines verfügbar) und einem kleinen Zimmer (belegt, ggf. zur Zwischenmiete / Überbrückung verfügbar). Die Küche ist in den erweiterten Flur integriert. Bad mit WC, HWB und Dusche. Anschluss von Internet und Telefonie ist durch einen Bewohner erfolgt. Wohnungsinterne Verkabelung mit vielen Steckdosen, Netz, Telefon ist vorhanden. Wert wird auf ein ruhiges, freundschaftliches und entspanntes Klima gelegt. Das kleine Zimmer wird gelegentlich genutzt, ist aber häufig nicht belegt. Das hier verfügbare große Zimmer 2 wird grundsätzlich leer vermietet; einige Gegenstände können bei Bedarf vom Vormieter übernommen werden. The flat in Riesa was renovated completely 4 years ago. New ground plot, modern bathroom with shower, tiles in bathroom and floor, new doors. Room 1 and 2 are equipped with dark laminate - everything very bright. It's a living community with to big room (16 squaremeters) and one small room. The big room Nr. 2 is available. The kitchen is situated in the floor. Bathroom with toilet, water basin and shower. Access to internet and telephone is provided at the moment by one flatmate. Important is a quiet, relaxed atmosphere because people are working or studying the whole day long. The small room is occupied in 1 to 3 days a week. The room Nr. 2 is provided without furniture, maybe some things can be adopted from the former tenant.
