Da sich unsere WG Anfang diesen Jahres auflösen wird, möchten wir gerne Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung finden.
Diese ist mit 82 m² schön groß und absolut WG geeignet. Die Zimmer sind ca. 14, 20 und 22 m² groß. Die Küche ist auch kein Kämmerlein, so dass man dort bequem gemeinsam sitzen kann. Es gibt noch eine extra Abstellkammer für Vorräte oder Ähnliches, der große Flur bietet viel Stauraum. Bad und WC sind separat, also kommt man sich dort selten in die Quere - außerdem noch ein paar Extras :
In jedem der WG Zimmer gibt es ein Hochbett, diese werden von uns nicht ausgebaut und bleiben drin. Ebenso die komplette Küche mit Anrichte, Herd, Spüle etc.
Also, für den Fall das ihr eine WG neu gründen wollt- hier ist das wichtigste schon da...
