Das Zimmer haust in einer gemütlichen Wohnung mit Kampenwandblick ;). Bett (140cm) und Möbel können genutzt werden - falls erwünscht. Balkon mit Neuem Palettensofa ist vorhanden. Sonst ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden.
Ich, Simon (28), bleibe in der WG und bin immer offen für Spiele und Kochabende, Lege wert auf Sauberkeit und bin für jeden spontanen Spaß zu haben. Gehe sonst gerne wandern, klettern, baue gerne Sachen aus Holz (Werkstatt kann mit genutzt werden) und vertiefe mich auch gerne bei einem Glas Tee in tiefe Gespräche.
Rimsting ist ein schönes Dorf, die Badebucht Schafwaschen (Chiemsee) ist weniger als 4 Minuten weit entfernt. Ein Edeka ist hinterm Haus circa 3 Minuten Gehweg.
Es sind 12 min auf dem Radl nach Prien.
Ich radle jeden Tag nach Prien in Richtung Schön Klinik (in der ich arbeite) auf dem Radweg direkt am Chiemsee entlang (es gibt immer Kühe oder Gänse zu beobachten ;))
Ich koche gerne, gehe gerne Stand Up paddeln und Wandern. Ich lass dir gerne auch deine Ruhe, bin aber auch gerne gesellig und Gesprächig. Insgesamt bin ich unkompliziert, Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig (bin aber kein PutzFanatiker).
Auch Praktikanten sind willkommen. ;)
