In our beautiful 3er-WG a room is free, and we are looking for from 01.07. (or flexible in June) a new roommate or a new roommate.
The room is about 24 m2 and is 1st. The floor of our two-storey apartment was completely renovated in October 2013, like the entire apartment. It is bright, spacious, has high ceilings and beautiful wooden beams, which ensures a cozy old building flair. The windows can be completely darkened – perfect for those who like it to sleep properly dark.
The room is unfurnished.
In unserer schönen 3er-WG wird ein Zimmer frei, und wir suchen ab dem 01.07. (oder auch flexibel im Juni) einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 24 m² groß, liegt im 1. Stock unserer zweistöckigen Wohnung und wurde – wie die gesamte Wohnung – im Rahmen einer Sanierung im Oktober 2013 komplett renoviert. Es ist hell, geräumig, hat hohe Decken und schöne Holzbalken, was für ein gemütliches Altbau-Flair sorgt. Die Fenster lassen sich komplett abdunkeln – perfekt für alle, die es zum Schlafen richtig dunkel mögen.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben.
The apartment is very centrally located in downtown Saarbrücken – shopping, the market and the Nauwieser district are all within walking distance. The main railway station is also not far away, and the Saarbahn runs almost in front of the front door so that you are super connected.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt von Saarbrücken – Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Markt und das Nauwieser Viertel sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt, und die Saarbahn fährt quasi vor der Haustür, sodass man super angebunden ist.
We are currently two roommates, Hendrik (26) and Joshua (24), working or studying and looking for someone who fits well with us. A bit of WG experience is beneficial, but no need. It is just important for us to have a respectful, relaxed approach. Something can be done together, but everyone has their own space and time for themselves. It is therefore not a purpose WG, but also no permanent fun living project 😉
Wir sind aktuell zwei Mitbewohner, Hendrik (26) und Joshua (24), berufstätig bzw. studierend und suchen jemanden, der gut zu uns passt. Ein bisschen WG-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. Wichtig ist uns einfach ein respektvoller, entspannter Umgang miteinander. Gerne kann etwas zusammen unternommen werden, aber jeder hat auch seinen eigenen Raum und Zeit für sich. Es ist also keine Zweck-WG, aber auch kein Dauerbespaßungs-Wohnprojekt 😉

There is a washing machine, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking (stove, oven, refrigerator, sufficient storage space etc.).
A special highlight is our spacious balcony, which becomes a central location in summer – perfect for sun, reading, or common beer drinks outside.
Die Wohnung selbst ist voll ausgestattet:
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht (Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, ausreichend Stauraum etc.).
Ein besonderes Highlight ist unser geräumiger Balkon, der im Sommer zum zentralen Aufenthaltsort wird – perfekt zum Sonnen, Lesen, oder gemeinsamen Biertrinken draußen.
