Kurz zum Zimmer:

Ich habe vorher in dem Zimmer gewohnt und es ist wirklich groß, man hat viel Platz um sich selbst zu verwirklichen :D. Es hat viele Fenster, wurde frisch gestrichen und man hat seine Ruhe da es das einzige Dachgeschoss Zimmer ist und keiner von außen rein schauen kann
Die Wohnung liegt in Geisenhausen. Einem kleinen Dorf direkt an der A9. Man braucht 1min und kann auf die Autobahn Richtung Muc oder Nürnberg auffahren. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kennt seine Nachbarn. Es gibt manchmal Strassenfeste und sonstige Veranstaltungen. In dem Dorf gibt es einen Getränkeladen und einen Mci am Autobahnrasthof und sonst ist Kaufland oder Bäckerei nicht mehr als 10min entfernt.
Schonmal vorweg, dies ist keine Zweck WG! Wir machen viel gemeinsam, schmeißen manchmal Partys, grillen, kochen zusammen usw.
Kurz zu uns:
Wir sind 2 berufstätige 21 Jährige und wohnen selbst seit 8 Monaten in der Wohnung.
Sind unter der Woche tagsüber Arbeiten und am Wochenende entweder daheim oder unterwegs.
Mit uns wohnen noch 2 süße Kätzchen in der Wohnung, welche aber natürlich auch oft draußen unterwegs sind.
Zur Wohnung:
Wir haben eine Haushälfte und kennen unsere Nachbarn sehr gut, weshalb es eigentlich keinen Ärger gibt.
Die Wohnung ist ca 190qm groß und besteht aus 5 Zimmern einem 25m Balkon und einem mittelgroßen Garten. Es gibt 1 Bad, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 offene Küche, 1 Speisekammer und 3 bewohnbare Zimmer.
Es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht.
