Zimmer zu vermieten, kurz- oder auch längerfristig. Das Mehrfamilienhaus hat 15 Zimmer in 5 Wohnungen. Deine WG-Mitglieder kommen aus vielen verschiedenen Ländern. Teilweise berufstätig, Sprachschüler/innen, Flamencoschüler/innen, Erasmusstudenten/innen, usw. Deine Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom und Gas) sind in der Miete enthalten. WiFi/Internet kostenlos. ¿Noch fragen? Anrufen oder Email schicken. Solltest Du etwas für 1 Woche suchen, so liegt der Preis bei 160€ und ab 1 Monat bei 350€.
Das Mehrfamilienhaus liegt im Stadtzentrum im Stadtteil Macarena. Zentrale Punkte erreichst Du zu Fuss in 10 Minuten. Bushaltestelle ca. 5 - 7 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Supermärkte sind auch in der näheren Umgebung. Die Alhameda de Hercules mit seinem alternativen Nachtleben und La Seta an der Plaza de la Encarnación sind in wenigen gehminuten erreichbar.
Die Mitbewohner kommen aus verschieden Ländern. Für internationale Abwechslung gesorgt.
En la casa, estará Richard, técnico trabajador americano. Vive en la casa todo el año; Paola, italiana, estudiante de baile flamenco. Este sera su tercer curso en la casa; Jessica, mejicana, estudiante de flamenco.. hasta diciembre. Viene más gente, en estancias cortas.
Es habitual alojar a estudiantes de la escuela flamenca de Andrés Marin, muy buen bailaor; o gente que se concentra en Sevilla, durante la bienal de flamenco, en el mes de septiembre; algún guitarrista, estudiante o profesional. Este año tuvimos hasta tres o cuatro, a la vez; Algún que otro estudiante de Erasmus [ Bellas Artes, Derecho..], estudiantes en proyecto de fín de carrera; alguna vez, hemos alojado a un grupo de feriantes de temporada, comerciantes.. Ocasionalmente, viene alguna madre con su retoño, estudiante de flamenco.. toda una familia, celebrando evento.. O nuestra ya gran amiga Mery, abogado, retirada, que viene cada año a su habitación de la azotea, unos diítas.
Zusammenleben bedeutet toleranz und gleichzeitig rücksicht nehmen auf deine Mitbewohner. Die ideale Wohnmöglichkeit für aufgeschlossene Leute!
