Hello,
We offer a room in an international flat share, close to the Council of Europe (300m). There are three flat mates, non-smokers:
Simon (English), 30 years old, designer; Mehdi (French), 25 years old, carpenter;
Svenja (German), 24 years old, international relations student.
The flat is about 120m² sized and situated in the calm quarter Les Quinze/Allee de la Roberstau, close walk to the town center, The European Institutions and the University (bus stop Dordogne). The rent per month is ~ 320 € (charges included). The flat is spacious and calm (the building is in an open courtyard off the main road), laminate floors in all rooms. Big kitchen fully equipped (5 flame gas cooker, big oven, fridge and microwave). Bathroom with bathtub/shower and washing machine.
The room is: 10m², bright and calm. We spend some time together (going out, dinners) while respecting the intimacy of everyone at the same time. View anytime.

L'appartement fait 120m² et est situé dans le quartier Les Quinze. C'est un quartier calme, proche du centre ville et de l’université (arrêt de bus Dordogne).
Loyer　 par colocataire ~ 320€ (charges comprises).
L'appartement est spacieux et silencieux (l’immeuble se trouve dans une cour), toutes les chambres ont un parquet stratifié. Grande cuisine toute équipée (5 plaques à gaz, grand four, frigo, micro-onde). Salle de bain avec baignoire et lave-linge.
La chambre à céder : 10m², lumineuse. On partage de bons moments ensemble (sorties, diners), dans le respect de l'intimité de chacun. Sois bienvenu(e) pour une visite.
