Das 11qm große Zimmer befindet sich im 4. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit schönem Blick Richtung Cannstatter Weinberge.

Morgens strahlt durch das großzügige Dachfenster die Sonne ins Zimmer und Tagsüber steht immer genug Licht zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet und es sollte alles rein passen, was du benötigst.
Die Nutzung für Rundfunk und das Internet kann mit dem Mitbewohner ausgehandelt werden.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, genügend Stauraum, einem Bad mit Badewanne/ Waschmaschine und einer separaten Toilette- beides mit Tageslicht.

Die WG ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln an das Bad Cannstatter Zentrum angeschlossen. Hier befinden sich gute Shopping Möglichkeiten, Ärzte und Restaurants. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man in 1-2 Minuten Fußweg die U-Bahn (U2, U19) und in 10-15 Minuten die S-Bahn (S2, S3).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Netto, Rewe, Aldi, Penny) liegen innerhalb eines Radius von ca. einem Kilometer. Wer die Natur mag befindet sich schnell am Ufer des Neckars, in den Cannstatter Weinbergen oder dem Kurpark. Das Zentrum Stuttgart oder der HBF sind in 25 Minuten per U-Bahn oder 10 Minuten mit der S-Bahn zu erreichen.

Deine Zukünftigen Mitbewohner werden Silas, Marc und Samuel sein. Sich trotz der Arbeitszeiten in der Küche zu treffen und eine Runde zu quatschen gehört mit dazu und kann beizeiten auch weiter ausgebaut werden. Schön wäre, wenn Dir ein lockeres WG-Leben gefallen würde und Dir Sauberkeit genauso wichtig ist wie mir. Wir haben einen Putzplan der Wöchentlich von einer Person übernommen wird.
