Es ist ein Zimmer ein einer 4er Wohngemeinschaft freigeworden. Ab sofort ist möglich.
Die WG ist gemischt, 2 x männlich, 1 x weiblich, weshalb vorzugsweise noch eine Mitbewohnerin gesucht wird. Zwischen 20 und 60 Jahre alt wäre ideal. Stellplätze für Fahrräder und Autos sind vorhanden.
Die gemeinschaftliche Wohn-Essküche hat allein 62 qm. Die gesamte Wohnung hat 210qm.
Es gibt ein Bad und ein weiteres separates WC.
Eine Katze wohnt gelegentlich ebenfalls in der WG, sonstige Haustiere sind ebenfalls erlaubt. Ziegen, Schafe und Hühner kommen allerdings in den Stall. Für Pferde ist der Stall leider zu klein.
Der große Garten kann mitbenutzt werden.
Die ÖPNV Anbindung ist mau, da muss man einen km laufen. Genau wie zum Edeka oder zum Bäcker.
Es wird ein Warmmietvertrag (450€) gemacht. Sonst kommt nur noch Strom (20€) dazu.
Der Resthof ist etwa 1km von Bockhorst entfernt. Es gibt keinen unmittelbaren Nachbarn.
