Ich vermiete ein Zimmer (ca. 12qm) in meiner 3 - Zimmer Wohnung in Ochota. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat ein großes Bett (140x200), Kleiderschrank und viele Schränke für Aufbewahrung etc.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 81 qm groß. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und modern ausgestattet mit Flatscreen, Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd und allem was man sonst so bracht. Im Bad ist eine große Badewanne und Regendusche.
Die Medizinische Universität ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten und mit dem Bus in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bis ins Zentrum sind es 10-15 Minuten mit Bus oder Tram. Gleich in der Nähe ist ein See mit einem Park zum Joggen, Fahrrad fahren oder Schwimmen im Sommer. Die Wohnanlage ist 24h überwacht und die Lage ist eine der sichersten in Warschau. Es ist ein Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden, der genutzt werden kann, da ich selber kein Auto habe.
Ich bin Medizinstudentin im 2. Jahr und suche keine Zweck-WG, sondern einen Mitbewohner/eine Mitbewohnerin mit dem/der man auch mal was unternehmen kann, kochen, weggehen, Filme schauen, etc.
Ich mache gern Sport, koche gern und gehe meistens am Wochenende weg, da hier immer was los ist ;-)
