ich suche eine/n tierliebe/n Mitbewohner/in.
Das Zimmer ist zwar nur 10 qm groß, allerdings hat die Wohnung insgesamt 90 qm, Wohnzimmer, Küche und großzügiger Essbereich können gemeinsam genutzt werden.
Es müsste auch möglich sein, bei Bedarf einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz anzumieten.
Über die Nebenkosten müsste man nochmal sprechen (kann man ja je nach Nutzung aufteilen).
Auch Rauchen wäre kein Problem, sofern auf dem Balkon (überdacht) geraucht wird.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind direkt gegenüber.
Auch zur FH sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur 5 bis 10 Minuten.
