Es sind zwei Zimmer zu vermieten in unserer 4-er WG.
Das kleinere Zimmer ist sofort verfügbar, hat zwei Fenster, ca 14 m², und kostet warm 230 €/Monat.
Das größere Zimmer wird zum 11.Nov. frei, hat zwei Fenster, einen Balkon, eine Fläche von ca 20 m² ujnd kostet warm 280€/Monat..
Die Wohnung hat 2 WCs, Bad, Küche und einen Aufenthaltsraum.
Das Wohngebiet ist sehr ruhig, nur Anwohnerverkehr. Am Haus ist ein großer Garten, in dem wir ab und zu gemeinsam grillen. Entfernung zur Bushaltestelle, 4 Gehminuten, zu Rewe und Aldi, ebenfalls 4 Gehminuten.
Die aktuellen Bewohner, wie auch die Zielgruppe, nach welcher wir suchen, sind Studenten, Praktikanten und Berufstätige.
Turnusbedingt (Praktikum oder Abschlußarbeit zu Ende) wird dabei immer mal wieder ein Zimmer frei.
