Ich gehe für ein Erasmus Semester nach Brüssel und suche eine*n zwischenmieter*in von April bis August oder September. Das Zimmer ist 38qm groß, mit Fischgrätparkett ausgelegt und unterteilt durch eine Art Portal, mit Stuckartigen Schmuckelementen. Dazwischen habe ich einen Vorhang gespannt der den Schlafbereich vom "Atelierbereich" abgrenzt. Die meiste Zeit hat man gleichmäßiges Nordlicht, welches sich zum Fotografieren oder Malen perfekt eignet. Am Morgen und am Nachmittag scheint die Sonne ganz schräg hinein und wirft schöne Lichter an den Vorhang und die Wände. Ich vermiete das Zimmer möbliert und würde mir wünschen jemanden zu finden, der sorgsam mit den Dingen umgeht und eine persönliche Umgebung wertschätzt.
In unserer Wohnung hat jeder zwei angrenzende Zimmer. Dadurch ist es ein bisschen wie eine Wohnung in der Wohnung. Wir haben eine geräumige Küche die wir erst kürzlich umgebaut haben und gerne zum ausgiebigen Kochen nutzen. Es gibt ein Bad mit Wanne, Dusche und 2 Waschbecken sowie ein separates WC und einen großen Südbalkon zum Hof.
I am leaving Weimar for an Erasmus semester in Brussels. So I am subletting my room/Atelier from April until August or September. The room is 38sqm big with a nice wooden floor and divided by a curtain hanging from a kind of portal. Most of the time the room is filled with even north light which is perfect for taking pictures or painting. In the morning and the late afternoon the sun shines in just a bit. I am subletting the room furnished with a lot of personal objects and furniture. Therefore I am looking for someone who is taking good care of things and someone who appreciates an environment like this one.
Within the flat everybody has 2 connected rooms. So it is a little bit like a flat within a flat. There is a spacious kitchen which we rebuilt just recently to enjoy our cooking even more. There is a bathroom with tub and shower, a separate toilet and a big balcony to the courtyard.
Die Lage ist super. Späti im Haus. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür 5 min in die Innenstadt zu Fuß. 2 min zu Edeka. 7 zu Lidl und auch der Einkaufspark mit Denns, Tegut, dm etc ist nicht viel weiter. Brotklappen und Höhne sind auch 5-10 min max. Man läuft auch schnell ins Kirschbachtal zum Spazieren oder Joggen.
The location is perfect. Bus stop infront of the house, Spätkauf in the house. Supermarkets, cafes, bakerys are close as well.
Das zukünftige WG leben ist ziemlich offen. Aktuell wohnen hier Fritzi, Jan, John und ich.
Fritzi (23) hat Kulturmanagement studiert und zieht zum 1.4. zu ihrer besten Freundin.
John (30) studiert Architektur im Master und zieht Mitte April zu seiner Freundin.
Ich (26) studiere Architektur im Master und nebenher noch Freie Kunst.
Jan (25) ist die Konstante in der Wohnung. Er hat letztes Semester seinen Medienkunst Master hier angefangen.
So viel dazu.
Jan und John fahren beide gerne Fahrrad, wenn sie sich nicht an der Gaggia im Latte Art ausprobieren oder Jan einen frischen Pizzateig durchknetet. Eines von Jans Zimmern ist ein vollausgestattetes Musikproduktionsstudio und wir zählen 5 Turntables auf 4 Leute. Allerdings kam es bisher noch nie zu Konflikten dahingehend.
(Ob ich meine 2 Technics + Platten im Zimmer lasse hängt ein bisschen von dir ab). Danach bin ich aber noch für 1 Jahr ca in Weimar.
The character of living together in the future is quite open. Currently Fritzi, Jan, John and I live here.
Fritzi (23) has studied cultural management and will move in with her best friend on the 1st of April.
John (30) is studying architecture and will move in with his girlfriend mid April.
I (26) am studying architecture in the master's program and liberal arts on the side.
Jan (25) is the constant in the apartment. He started his media art master here last semester.
So much for that.
Jan and John both like to ride bikes when they're not trying their best at latte art on the Gaggia or Jan is kneading through a fresh pizza dough. One of Jan's rooms is a fully equipped music production studio and we count 5 turntables to 4 people. However, there have never been any conflicts in that regard.
(Whether I leave my 2 Technics + records in the room depends a bit on you).
I am leaving for one semester and will be in Weimar for another year.
Meine Freundin geht ebenfalls nach Brüssel für einen ähnlichen Zeitraum und vermietet ihre Wohnung auch unter. 42qm Dachgeschoss mit Balkon ebenfalls Westvorstadt 550€ All in.
My girlfriend also goes to Brussels for a similar period and also sublets her apartment. 42sqm top floor with balcony also Westvorstadt 550€ All in.
