Hi, I am a 25 years old Taiwanese male. Currently is a PhD student in Munich, and I am now looking for a long-term staying as my current living place is too distant to my working place.
Please contact me if you have a suitable room:
+ located in Wessling, Gilching or Neugilching
+ warm rent <700 EUR
+ furnitured (kitchen)
+ able to anmeldung and rent for longer than 6 months,
+ able to use washing machine
+ no strict taking shower time limit
