In unserer 3-er WG wird ein voll-möbliertes (Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Bett, Hängeschrank) 7m2 Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer sieht in einen kleinen Schacht Richung Innenhof und ist damit sehr ruhig. Hin und wieder gibt es dafür Taubengezwitscher :) Das Zimmer ist mit 7m2 natürlich recht klein und wir haben keinen Gemeinschaftsraum. Dafür ist unsere Küche recht groß und hat einen Esstisch. Dort verbringen wir unsere gemeinsame Zeit.

Our roommate is moving out and we’ll have a room in our apartment for you 😊
The room is super calm since its facing a tiny courtyard. The only thing you might hear from the outside are some lovely pigeons chirping :) The room is not the largest (7m2) and we do not really have a common room. But we use our kitchen for that—it’s large, very well equipped and has a dining table. We also often hang out in each other’s rooms. So there will be room for you if you need a bit more space from time to time.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, um die Innenbezirke, den Flughafen und den Bahnhof zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist an die S-Bahn, 2 Straßenbahnen und 2 Busse angebunden. Geschäfte jeglicher Art gibt es zwischen 5 und 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Schweizergarten, dem Arsenalpark, dem Botanischen Garten und dem Schloss Belvedere ist auch für ausgezeichnete Naherholung in Gehentfernung gesorgt.
The main train station is in walking distance and there is a direct line (20min) to the airport. On top of that there are two tram and two bus lines and a few regional trains (S-Bahn). You also have a few super markets, general stores and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking. If you need to calm down from the city hustle you can relax in the parks Arsenalpark, Botanic Garden and Swiss Garden. You are also within walking distance from Vienna’s main tourist attraction—Castle Belvedere.
Deine Mitbewohner sind zwei sympathische Studenten, Alex und Michael (ich). Alex ist halb Russe und halb Deutscher und studiert Musik und Bewegungsbildung. Ich bin Österreicher und studiere SIMC (Strategy, Innovation and Management Control - so ein Wirtschaftsding ;). Wir gehen oft gemeinsam draußen trainieren und kochen oder schauen uns einen Film an. Alex macht gern Musik (stilles E-Piano) und ich lese und lerne gerne Sprachen. Wenn du Russisch oder Chinesisch sprichst bist du doppelt willkommen :)
Your roommates are two sociable students, Alex and Michael (me) :) Alex is Russian and German and is doing a Bachelor in music and movement education. I am Austrian and am doing a business master. We are often eating and working out and sometimes cook and watch movies together. If you are the sociable type, join in. But don’t feel any pressure if you rather have your lone time 😊
Alex loves to do music (silent piano) and I am big on reading and language learning. So if you speak Russian or Chinese you are double welcome!
