The room for rent is a fully furnished 25m2 room with brand new furniture. Bedsheets, duvets, blow-dryer, iron are included. Long-term rent is preferred.
Bathroom: newly renovated, shower, bathtub, and new washing machine.
Kitchen: ceramic hob, dishwasher, cooking and eating utensils.
New windows. Thanks to good insulation, the apartment is warm in winter and cool in summer. Bicycle parking available.
