Das Zimmer ist meiner Meinung nach ein absoluter Traum. Genug Platz, mit Balkonzugang und ich habe mir sehr viel Mühe dabei gegeben, das Zimmer so einzurichten, dass man sich extrem wohl fühlt :) Die abdunkelnden Vorhänge sorgen für einen erholsamen Tiefschlaf und die vielen Pflanzen und Lichterketten sorgen für ein maximales Level an Coziness :) Noch dazu hast du einen TV vorm Bett, mit Netflix + Amazon Prime :)
In my opinion, the room is an absolute dream and you won't find anything like this for the same price because our landlords are super kind and haven't increased the rent (not even due to inflation etc). It is huge with plenty of space, you have access to the balcony, dark curtains for good quality sleep and a TV right in front of the bed with Netflix + Amazon Prime. Also, I made an effort for myself to live as comfortably as possible so the decor of the room really matches maximum coziness, with lots of plants and fairylights which will make your winter + spring in Vienna dreamy :)

Die Traumwohnung liegt direkt am Sobieskiplatz und hat den Vorteil, extreme Ruhe zu genießen und im Sommer wahnsinnig runtergekühlt zu sein. Obwohl wir nur 4 Minuten von der U6 Station Währingerstraße Volksoper wohnen, hört man den Gürtel gar nicht. Die Straße ist eine Einbahnstraße und deshalb auch sehr ruhig.
Stationen:
- U6 Währinger Straße-Volksoper (4 Gehminuten)
- diverse Bim- und Buslinien bei der U6 Station
- 37/38 Bim (Richtung Schottentor) (4 Gehminuten)
- 5er/33er Bim (ca. 5 Gehminuten)
- U4 Friedensbrücke (ca 15. Gehminuten)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
- direkt in der U6-Station ist ein Billa, was absolut genial ist, weil man einfach immer noch schnell was holen kann beim Heimfahren oder wenn man wo hinfährt
- zweiter Billa 3 Querstraßen weiter (ca. 7 Gehminuten)
- zwei Hofer in Gehnähe auf der Nussdorfer Straße (ca. 10 Gehminuten)
- Spar Gourmet (ca. 5 Gehminuten)
- Bipa (ca. 5 Gehminuten)
- Trafik (ca. 5 Gehminuten)
The flat is directly located to "Sobieskiplatz", a cute lil oasis to hang out in the afternoon to read a book or in the evening to have dinner or enjoy a drink. The location of the flat is extremly quiet, the street next to the house is a one-way street so there are not many cars passing by. Another advantage is that the flat cools down a lot in the summertime. Even though the flat is located only 4 minutes by foot to the next subway station, there's no noise coming from that as well.

Die Gesamtkosten für ein Monat belaufen sich auf 598,00 € (wie oben angegeben), was wirklich unschlagbar ist. Da ich ja insgesamt jemand für 6 Wochen suche, wären es dann insgesamt 897,00 €. Ich wäre allerdings so fair und würde dir die Nebenkosten (Wlan, Gas, Strom, Haushaltsversicherung) für die letzte Februarwoche und für den April schenken. Somit wären wir dann bei insgesamt 846,00 €.
Die Wohnung ist so unglaublich schön und groß, ich glaube die Fotos sprechen für sich selbst. Ich liebe die große Küche so sehr und du kannst dich auch über einen Kaffeevollautomaten freuen :D
Du kannst jederzeit vorbeikommen und dir die Wohnung anschauen! Ansonsten können wir auch mega gerne telefonieren, meld dich einfach! :)
In total, the rent is 598,00 € per month, all included. So for your 6-week stay it would be 897,00 €. But, I would be so fair to only ask you for the "cold rent" for the last week of february and April and I pay the fix costs (wifi, gas, electricity, insurance) so in total for your stay it would be 846,00 €. :)
The flat is so stunningly beautiful, I think the pictures speak for themselves. I love the huge kitchen area and you can also look forward to a full automatic coffee maker :D
