Zweier WG in Meidling mit Balkon

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 12. Bezirk in einer modernen Wohnanlage. Ganz in der Nähe hat kürzlich eine neue Foodhall namens "Gleisgarten" eröffnet. Die Straßenbahnlinie 62 und die Badner Bahn in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen (<5min). Die Linien 18 und 6 sind auch nur einen 7-minütigen Gehweg entfernt. Der Bahnhof Meidling und der Matzleinsdorfer Platz sind bequem zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar und gut mit Straßenbahnlinien verbunden. Die U-Bahn-Station Margaretengürtel ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar.
Für die Tu Wien ist die Lage Perfekt!! Sie ist in ca 20 min mit den Öffis und 10-15 min mit dem Rad erreichbar.
Die Hauptuni und Boku in 35-40 min.
Die WU ist bisschen weiter weg so 50min.

The apartment is located in the 12th district within a new complex. Right next door, a new food hall called "Gleisgarten" has recently opened. Tram line 62 and the Badner Bahn are accessible within a short walk of less than 5 minutes. Lines 18 and 6 are also just a 7-minute stroll away. Meidling train station and Matzleinsdorfer Platz can be reached by foot, and they are well-connected by tram lines. The Margaretengürtel subway station is also accessible on foot within 15 minutes.
For the TU Wien the location is perfect: with public transport you need around 20 min, and with your bike only 10-15.
The other unis are a little bit further away: Hauptuni 35 min, boku 40 min, WU 50 min

In der Wohnung lebt noch meine Schwester und Mitbewohnerin, Valerie. Sie ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert an der TU Wien und lebt vegan. Also am besten du bist auch vegan oder vegetarisch :))
Uns ist grundsätzlich ein respektvoller und freundschaftlicher Umgang wichtig, wo wir aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen.
Damit meinen wir:
regelmäßiges Aufräumen und Putzen (am besten gemeinsam, mit Musik und ohne Putzplan haha)
wir haben auch immer wieder Freund*innen zu Besuch (zb. Spieleabend, Kochen etc.), aber eher keine großen Wg-Party´s (dafür haben wir einen Gemeinschaftsraum)


In the apartment, my sister and roommate, Valerie, also lives. She's 21 years old, studying at TU Wien, and follows a vegan lifestyle, so it would be the best if you are also a vegan or a vegetarian. :)
We value a respectful and friendly atmosphere where we consider each other's needs.

This includes:

Regular cleaning and tidying up (preferably together, with music, and no cleaning schedule, haha).
We often have friends over (e.g., game nights, cooking, etc.), but we don't typically host big WG parties (we have a common area for that).
The WG is also LGBTQIA+ friendly.
