Das größte zimmer der Wohnung ist zu vergeben! Das Zimmer hat sehr hohe Decken zeichnet sich durch einen höhensprung in der mitte aus, durch den sich das Zimmer gut in Schlaf und Arbeitsbereich aufteilen lässt.
Das Zimmer ist Teilmöbliert (Tisch, Bett, Schrank, Regal und ein Stuhl) aber Ablösefrei!

Billa, Hofa, Spar und Penny ist auch alles in wenigen Minuten zu fuss tz erreichek. Ansonsten ist man auch mit einem Katzensprung am Brunnenmarkt, wo es besonders frisches Obst, Gemüse etc. gibt!

Die Miete beinhält auch Strom, Wasser, W-Lan und Heizkosten. Es kommen also keinerelei Kosten mehr dazu.
Es gibt keinen Hauptmieter, es Zahlt also jeder seine Miete direkt an den Vermieter.
