Hallo an die Community 👋🏽
Da es für mich bald ins Auslandssemester geht, hab ich ein schönes WG-Zimmer abzugeben und deshalb suche ich nun ein/e Nachfolger/in.
Es handelt sich um ein helles ca. 20 qm großes Zimmer und mit einem ca. 4 qm großen Balkon. Das Zimmer kommt schon möbliert das heißt folgende Möbel sind schon im Mietpreis enthalten:
• 180 cm Boxspringbett
• 170cm breiter Schrank
• 1x Schreibtisch
• 1x Drehstuhl
Das Kallax-Regal, oder weitere Möbelstücke kann ich bei Interesse günstig weitergeben.
Die ganze Wohnung wurde vor ca. 2 Jahren vollständig renoviert und demnach in einem top Zustand (mein persönliches Highlight ist die Regendusche). Die moderne Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Spül- und Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Es steht zudem noch ein abschließbarer Kellerabteil zur Verfügung.
Die Lage ist optimal. Bahnhof Wieselburg, Supermärkte, Ärzte, Bank alles in einer Minute Fußweg zu erreichen
Deine Mitbewohner wären Felix und Gloria, beides Bachelor-Studierende an der FHWN.
Der Preis von 430 € / Monat versteht sich mit allem drin (Strom, Warmwasser, Internet, Müll, Treppenreinigung).
