Hey,
hiermit würde ich mein Zimmer in einer 2-er WG im Leo-Weismantel-Wohnheim für ein Semester untervermieten, da ich ein Erasmus-Semester machen werde.
Das Zimmer ist 12m2 groß und schon möbliert. Das Highlight ist meiner Meinung nach die schöne Aussicht :).
Zusätzlich zum Zimmer gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer (auch 12 m2 groß) mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Dort hat man auch genug Platz für alle Vorräte.
Im Wohnheim gibt es noch eine größere Küche, die man nutzen kann sowie einen Fitness-, Musik- und Tischtennisraum.
Das Wohnheim liegt im Frauenland, eigentlich genau zwischen Uniklinikum und dem Campus am Hubland. In die Stadt braucht man mit dem Rad etwas mehr als 10 Minuten. Busse fahren auch regelmäßig in die Stadt, zum Bahnhof und an die Uni.
Da das Zimmer ein Studentenwohnheim ist, darf ich es auch nur an Studierende untervermieten. Du brauchst also eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung, die ich dem Wohnheim vorlegen kann.
