Leider nur befristet, gerne nach Absprache, für ca. ein halbes Jahr.
Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang, 2 Zimmer, hat eine kleine Einbauküche und ist neu renoviert.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und schön möbliert.
Die Warmmiete ist 600 Euro warm incl. Strom und Internet, Möbel , EBK e.c.
Nur an Nichtraucher ohne Haustiere.
Eine Waschmaschine und einen Anschluss hat es leider nicht. Die Waschmaschine im Haus kann aber eventuell nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich Zentral in Bad Krozingen .
Mit dem Zug kommt man schnell nach Freiburg ca. 15 Minuten.Nach Basel ca. 40 Minuten.
Allgemein sehr gute Verkehrsanbindungen.
Es hat sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Supermärkte, Schwimmbad, Ärzte e.c.
