Bus (240 zum Ostbahnhof) direkt vor der Tür,
U5 (Samariterstr.) 5 Min Fußweg,
S-Bahn (Ostkreuz) <10 Min weg,
die Simon-Dach-Str. ist um die Ecke.
Da sie im Hinterhof 3. Stock liegt, ist sie sehr hell und ruhig, mit schönem Dielenboden.
Das Wohnzimmer hat zwei große Fenster (eins mit "Französischem Balkon"), Futon-Sofa, Sessel, Esstisch & 3 Stühle.
Die Küche ist klein, aber komplett mit Herd/ Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirr.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Bett (140 cm), Kleiderstange, Regal für Klamotten.
Bad mit Duschkabine.
Im Flur gibt es eine Garderobe mit großem Spiegel.
DSL-Flat ist inklusive, Festnetz-Telefon wird extra berechnet.
Ich bitte um 550,- Kaution, falls doch was kaputt gehen sollte wink und bitte weder Tiere noch Raucher, die in der Wohnung rauchen möchten.

Bus stop (240 to Ostbahnhof) is right across the street,
U5 subway stop (Samariterstr.) a 5 Min walk,
S-Bahn (Ostkreuz) <10 Min away,
Simon-Dach-Str. around the corner (cool and trendy lively neighborhood with shops, bars, restaurants and clubs).
My apartment (38 sqm.) is on the third floor of a typical Berliner turn of the century building and very bright and quiet. It also has beautiful hardwood floors.
The living room has two large windows (one has a french balcony). It is furnished with a futon sofa (can sleep two guests), lounge chair, table with three chairs, and bookshelves.
The kitchen is small but completely equipped with stove/ oven, fridge, dishes, etc.
The bedroom has a queen size bed (140 cm), rail for clothes, and additional shelves.
The bathroom has a shower.
In the hallway you find a clothes rack and a large mirror.
DSL-flat/ broadband is included, as well as heating and electricity, usage of telephone would be charged extra.
There is a 550 euro deposit, and please no pets and no smoking!
