Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, so dass kein Platz verschwendet wird: kompakter Flur mit Ablage und Platz für die Garderobe. Ein super großes und lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, das mit der offenen Küche verbunden ist. Auch in der Küche ist genügend Platz um gemeinsam zu kochen oder zu essen. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Kingsize-Bett. Das Badezimmer ist modern, hat eine Dusche und eine Waschmaschine.
Energie!!
Aufgrund der aktuellen Energiepreise haben wir die Nebenkosten prognostiziert. Dabei gehen wir von unseren Verbrauchswerten für Strom und Heizung der letzten Jahre aus, die vergleichsweise gering sind. Bei übermäßigem Energieverbrauch behalten wir uns vor, Teile der Kaution einzubehalten. Also bitte sparsam mit Strom und Heizung umgehen :-)
Bitte keine Haustiere! Wir lieben Tiere, aber haben beide Allergien :)
PS: Wir können euch nicht mit der Anmeldung helfen, da wir keine Vermieter sind.

Light, generous 2,5 room Altbau flat in Friedrichshain between Petersburger Platz and Volkspark Friedrichshain with balcony, completly furnitured - until February 2024.
The apartment is very well laid out so that no space is wasted: compact hallway with storage and space for the cloakroom. A super large and light-flooded living room with balcony, which is connected to the open kitchen. There is also enough space in the kitchen to cook or eat together. The bedroom has a king-size bed. The bathroom is modern, has a shower and a washing machine.
Energy!!
Due to the current energy prices, we made a forecast for the incidentals. In doing so, we are guided by our consumption values for electricity and heating in recent years, which are comparatively low. In the event of excessive energy consumption, we reserve the right to withhold part of the caution. So please use electricity and heating sparingly :-)
No pets, please! We love animals, but have both allergies :)

In 500 m Umkreis befinden sich vier Supermärkte: Netto, Rewe, Edeka und Denn's Biomarkt, außerdem Apotheke, Späti, Kino, ital. Pizzeria und weitere Angebote zum Essengehen.
The location is great, with perfect connections via M10 (Strassmannstraße) and a few minutes' walk to the magnificent Volkspark Friedrichshain and the Frankfurter Tor / Boxi.
There are four supermarkets within a radius of 500 m: Netto, Rewe, Edeka and Denn's Biomarkt, as well as a pharmacy, Späti, cinema, Italian pizzeria and other places to eat out.
