Untermiete Wohnung 2ZKB Altbau Berlin-Kreuzberg * Sublet two-room apartment Berlin-Kreuzberg

Hi, ich suche für den Zeitraum vom 1.6. bis 3.8. ein oder zwei Menschen als Untermieter für meine schöne und geräumige Wohnung im Zentrum von Berlin-Kreuzberg (tatsächlich ganz in der Nähe der geografischen Mitte von Berlin) .

Meine Wohnung liegt im 1. OG eines sanierten Altbaus, setzt sich zusammen aus zwei geräumigen Zimmern, Küche und Bad und liegt am Halleschen Tor (nahe Jüdisches Museum/Berlinische Galerie). Sie ist 57m² groß, ich bin NR und habe keine Haustiere. Das Haus ist ruhig und bevölkert von sehr netten Nachbarn. Die Parksituation ist für Berliner Verhältnisse ziemlich gut (kein Anwohnerparkschein nötig, relativ viel Fluktuation). Der Gesamtbetrag von 1090€/Monat setzt sich zusammen aus Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten und Gas/Strom/Internet/Rundfunkbeitrag. Eine Kaution von 355€ ist vor Einzug fällig.

Bei Interesse freue ich mich auf eine Nachricht über wg-gesucht. Ich bevorzuge, wenn man sich bei einer Wohnungsbesichtigung persönlich kennenlernen kann, ein Video-Call ist als Alternative aber auch in Ordnung. Ich benötige eine Bewerbermappe inkl. Selbstauskunft und Informationen zur aktuellen Einkommenssituation.

Hi, I am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful and spacious flat in the centre of Berlin-Kreuzberg (actually very close to the geographical centre of Berlin) for the period from 1 june to 3 august

My flat is on the 1st floor of a renovated old building, consists of two spacious rooms, kitchen and bathroom and is located at Hallesches Tor (near Jüdisches Museum / Berlinische Galerie). It is 57m² in size, I am a non-smoker and have no pets. The house is quiet and populated by very nice neighbours. The parking situation is pretty good by Berlin standards (no residents' parking permit required). The total amount of 1090€/month consists of rent, utilities and gas/electricity/internet/broadcasting fee. A deposit of 355€ is due before moving in.
