Sorry for the photos, I did not manage to tidy up till now, but of course the Apartment will be pico bello when you get it; also we can individually decide however much storage you need (of course I would prefer to leave as much as possible at its place ;) )
I am subletting my flat for August and September as I am off to work in Marrakesh.
The flat is in a beautiful little "Altbau-Siedlung". It has two rooms, a big living room with beautiful Dielen and a small bedroom with a loftbed. There is a small balcony and a small kitchen and bathroom. The flat comes with Laminat except the living room. The flat comes furnished as I am only subletting for 2 months.
I think the pictures are pretty self explainatory anyhow. If you have any questions don't hesitate to call me though.
The flat is situated on the groundfloor in a cute "Altbau-Siedlung". It is very nice and quiet. Parks are near by aswell as a ton of supermarkets. The S-Bahn is 6-8 minutes and Tram is 2 minutes walking. Alex is about 15min with Tram and Ostkreuz 15 min with S-Bahn.
