die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und hell, befindet sich im letzten Stockwerk 5.OG daher viel Licht mit Blick in den Himmel und die Fenster öffnen sich nach hinten zum Garten in den Innenhof. Die Bewohner*innen im Haus sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit zueinander. Waschmaschine, Badewanne und Dusche sind vorhanden.
Es gibt einen Keller fürs z.b. das Fahrrad, aber auch vor dem, oder hinter dem Haus im Garten sind Stellplätze dafür vorgesehen.

Die Wohnung liegt in Berlin Mitte - Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, im Scheunenviertel, zwischen Torstraße und Alexanderplatz. Nicht weit ist der Hackesche Markt oder Rosenthaler Platz.
Öffentliche Verbindungen sind U2-Bahn und M8-Straßenbahn vor der Tür.
Bus 100/200/300 & U+S-Alexanderplatz & U8-Bahn in der Nähe, 4min zu Fuss.

die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, daher bevorzuge ich Personen mit einer Haftpflichtversicherung.
Möglich wäre es auch die Wohnung für einen oder zwei Monate zu mieten.
Es ist möglich das die Wohnung auch länger zu vermieten ist.
Wenn Sie schon früher einziehen möchten können wir darüber sprechen.
