Die Wohnung ist in der 3. Etage, 5-7 min. Gehweg von der Wilhelmsruh-Station entfernt. Es ist in einer ruhigen, friedlichen Einwohner-Lage mit einem Cafe, einem Italienischen Restaurant, einem Dönerladen und zwei Supermärkten (Edeka und Norma) in der Nähe. Man kommt mit der S-Bahn innerhalb von 10 Minuten direkt und einfach nach Gesundbrunnen (4 Stationen).

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, 5-7 min. away from the S-Bahn station Wilhelmsruh. The surroundings are calm and peaceful, with a small & cosy cafe, an Italian restaurant, a Döner shop and 2 supermarkets nearby (Edeka and Norma). You can get to Gesundbrunnen under 10 min.
