Since I'll move out of Germany for a while, I have to leave my beautiful apartment from the 4th of October, until the beginning of April (6 months), probably even more. Note that we'll move out for good at the end, so there will be the possibility to take the apartment in our place and rent it with an unlimited time directly with the owner.
The apartment is bright and sunny, with a big living room and bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a small bathroom and a small storage-room.
The best part of the apartment is the big living room with a big and new (changed vey recently!) wall-window positioned on the big shared garden. It faces south, so there is sun at lunch time :)
Also, I'm sure you'll enjoy the nice and friendly neighbors of our apartment :D

The rent has everything included! This means: gas and electricity bills, fast-speed internet (O2), apartment fees, garbage fees, water etc. Everything.

Also, the apartment really has EVERYTHING YOU NEED to live comfortably there. ALL furniture you can see in the photos are part of the rent! For example:
- a double bed
- 1 sofa (the gray one, we are going to sell the blue one)
- washing machine, oven, fridge
- everything you need to cook and eat (pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, etc)
- blankets, covers, towels, etc
- table, desk, chairs, lamps, wardrobe, etc
- some plants :)
(Note that we always thought the apartment to be "too full" of forniture, so we are take the chance to sell the blue sofa and the white chest of drawers. Let us know if you are interested 😉 )

The apartment is suitable for 1 or 2 people. I'll accept preferably full-time workers. I'll answer only messages in English (and Italian!), because I don't speak German.
An Anmeldung (registration to the Berlin Bürgeramt office) is not possible on this address during your staying, due to the short time-frame. It may be possible in the future, if you take over the flat when we leave.
We'll be in Italy in those months, so we'll need a small support from you while away, e.g. sending us photos of our mails once a month, small things 😉 Thanks in advance!
No Smokers, No pets (I'm sorry!) - this is not negotiable. Let me know if you read this part! ;)
