I am a 30 year old pastry chef from Ireland, who moved to Berlin three years ago. I’ve actually been very lucky so far as I’ve only moved three times to different apartments. Im currently subletting in Neukölln but unfortunately my time here is up. I would really love to continue living alone, in my own space and settle down.
I am a clean, respectful, quiet neighbour and can provide three months of payslips (€2,900 after tax), Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, schufa (request now) etc
