I, Yuri – 27 years old and native Berlin – returned to my hometown at the beginning of the year after 10 years and now looking for a nice apartment where I can stay for a while. I'm a little desperate after months of searching and thought I'd try it here.
Since February, I have been a legal expert at the Chamber Court and work in the field of human rights and European law. I am passionate about going to the theatre, singing in the choir and traveling in Berlin. I would describe myself as reliable, open, solution-oriented and humorous. A good relationship to the landlord / to the landlord and the house community is very important to me.
As far as conditions are concerned, I am very flexible. It would of course be nice if the apartment is reasonably central, especially it should be affordable. I'd like to move in with a friend or start a WG. Therefore, the apartment should have at least 2 rooms.
I can submit evidence of income, in doubt also a guarantee of my parents, Schufa (request now) (now request) -office, etc.

ich, Juri – 27 Jahre alt und gebürtiger Berliner – bin Anfang des Jahres nach 10 Jahren in meine Heimatstadt zurückgekehrt und nun auf der Suche nach einer schönen Wohnung, in der ich auf absehbare Zeit bleiben kann. Ich bin nach Monaten der Suche etwas verzweifelt und dachte, ich versuche es mal hier.
Seit Februar bin ich Rechtsreferendar am Kammergericht und arbeite im Bereich Menschenrechte und europäischen Recht. Ich gehe leidenschaftlich gern ins Theater, singe im Chor und bin viel in Berlin unterwegs. Ich würde mich als zuverlässig, offen, lösungsorientiert und humorvoll beschreiben. Ein gutes Verhältnis zum Vermieter / zur Vermieterin und der Hausgemeinschaft ist mir sehr wichtig.
Was die Bedingungen betrifft, bin ich sehr flexibel. Es wäre natürlich schön, wenn die Wohnung einigermaßen zentral ist, vor allem sollte sie bezahlbar sein. Ich würde gern mit einer Freundin einziehen oder auch eine WG gründen. Daher sollte die Wohnung zumindest 2 Zimmer haben.
Einkommensnachweise kann ich einreichen, im Zweifel auch eine Bürgschaft meiner Eltern, Schufa (request now) (jetzt beantragen) -Auskunft usw.
