Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und kann vom Parkplatz aus, direkt betreten werden, d.h. wenn ihr einen Großeinkauf hinter euch habt, dann könnt ihr euer Auto direkt vor der Tür parken und die Einkaufstaschen vom Parkplatz direkt durch den Eingang in die Küche tragen. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und von den Nachbarn bekommt man fast gar nichts mit. Neben der Wohnung gibt es einen Tante- Emma Laden und für größere Einkaufswünsche könnt ihr etwa 10 Minuten nach Bitburg fahren und dort alles erledigen. Die 70m2 Wohnung hat ansonsten eine EBK und einen kleinen Garten, der mit benutzt werden darf.
