Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Etagen in einem Gebäudekomplex mit
zwei weiteren Wohnungen und einer kleinen Firma. Teilmöbliert.
Kleine Zimmer. Teilweise Fußbodenheizung. Super Terrasse, dahinter
liegt der Garten mit Teich und Hühnern. Man MUSS Steine, Holz und
sowas mögen. es ist keine moderne Wohnung. es gibt eine alte Einbauküche
aber ohne Spülmaschine. Man kann und sollte teilweise mit dem alten
Holzofen heizen. Das Bad ist weiß gefliest und großzügig mit Blick in den
Garten.
gute Busanbindung nach Bitburg und Luxemburg Stadt
Ansonsten braucht man ein Auto. Ein Stellplatz ist inklusive.
Mit dem Auto braucht man etwa eine halbe Stunde bis Trier. Nach Bitburg
fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten, nach Luxemburg Stadt eine
knappe Stunde.
es wäre toll wenn die Mieter sozial und ökologisch einigermaßen
verantwortungsbewusst eingestellt wären und ansonsten einfach
nette menschen sind:-) Mensch mit Kind wäre super, für zwei Menschen
mit Kind wird der Platz knapp aber das ist ja auch Geschmackssache.
