Hi there! We are about to move last minute to Brussels for jobs June 2 and are looking for an apartment or a duplex there (no studio). Bright, calm, clean, safe and in Ixelles, St. Gilles, Uccle neighborhood preferred for max 1000€ all inc.. We are super responsible tenants, we do not smoke, we have no pets. Also: If you like to live in Berlin for 12 months while we are taking care of your home in Brussels, we are open for a FLAT SWAP. We can offer our 100m2 loft (2 bedrooms, bathroom, open kitchen and living room), balcony, lots of light, nice neighbors, vivid but calm area called Prenzlauer Berg.
