The hall leads you directly into the living room with kitchen, pantry and guest bathroom to your left. The big room with a high ceiling and huge windows has 3 exits leading to the roof terrace. To your right there is a small hallway leading to the main bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub. Next to the bathroom you’ll find the bedroom with a double bed that is 160 cm wide.
The Apartment is fully furnished and equipped with:

DE: Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der beliebten Kleinstadt Bühl mit sehr schönen Restaurants, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Auf der Dachterrasse können Sie einen Drink zum perfekten Sonnenuntergang genießen. Bei gutem Wetter kann man die französischen Vogesen und den Pfälzerwald sehen.
Auf der Straße gibt es Parkplätze und auf Wunsch steht ein unterirdischer Parkplatz in einem Parkhaus für 20 Euro pro Woche zur Verfügung. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
EN: Die flat is close to the center of Bühl, a charming and very populat smal town with nice restaurants within walking distance.
On the roof terrace you can enjoy a drink or two to a daily changing sunset. In fair weather you can see the French Vosges mountains und the German Pfälzerwald range.
Road parking is no problem and a parking space in an underground parking garage is available at an extra charge of 20 Euros per week.
You can reach the next bus stop within 3 walking minutes.
DE: Die Warmmiete umfasst auch die Kosten für Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet und Versicherung. Der Gast hat sich um die Pflanzen in der Wohnung und im Treppenhaus zu kümmern und die Wohnung regelmäßig (einmal pro Woche) zu reinigen. Ein Raum mit dem Privatbesitz des Gastgebers bleibt abgeschlossen.

EN: The rent includes the costs for water, heating, electricity, internet and insurance. The guest has to take care of the plants in the flat and the staircase and clean the flat regularly (once a week). One room with the private belongings of the host remains locked.
