Am Ende unseres Studiums trennen wir uns von unserer schönen, hellen und großen Wohnung. Sie eignet sich perfekt für eine 2er WG- beide Schlafzimmer haben um die 18m². Die Wohnung bietet euch sogar den Luxus eines Wohnzimmers und auch in der Küche ist genügend Platz zum Kochen mit Freunden. Alle Räume sind sehr hell, das Badezimmer hat ein Fenster.
Wir würden gerne einige Möbel, unsere Küche inklusive Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine gegen einen Abschlag hier lassen, wenn ihr Interesse habt.
Hinter dem Haus könnt ihr bei Bedarf eure Fahrräder abstellen und auch den Garten mitbenutzen.
Die Nächste Stadtbahn-Haltestelle ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der nächste S-Bahnhof 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Zur Uni kommt ihr entweder mit Bus und Bahn in ca. 20 Minuten oder mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 15 Minuten.
Der Weg in die Stadt dauert mit der Bahn ca. 10 Minuten
In direkter Nähe ist auch der Revierpark Wischlingen mit Schwimmbad, Sauna, See mit Bootsverleih und schön viel Grün zum spazieren oder joggen gehen.
