Wir sind eine kleine Familie und gehen aufgrund meines Studium für 6 Monate ins Ausland- für die Zeit wollen wir unsere Wohnung gern vermieten. Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum ist in dem Zeitraum also relativ flexibel. Es handelt sich um 2 Räume plus große Küche und Bad mit Wanne und Fenster. In jedem der zwei Räume ist ein Bett und Schreibtisch- also auch ideal für eine WG. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und ist durch die Oberlichter sehr hell. Die Wohnung ist nur möbliert zu vermieten, alles darf genutzt werden. Wir haben einen tollen Innenhof, der mit genutzt werden darf. Einen Fahrradschuppen gibt es auch.
Striesen ist ein sehr grüner Stadtteil mit vielen Familien- unsere Straße liegt in einer 30er Zone. Ca. 200m entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Nahkauf. Bäcker, Spätshop und Konsum sind auch um die Ecke. Zum schillerplatz sind es 15 min zu Fuß. Zum Bus sind es etwa 7min zu Fuß und zur Bahn 12 min zu Fuß (Pohlandplatz).
